4. Limitation of Liability
Refill Society LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of our business strategies or coaching advice. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials produced, including diagnostic reports, custom workflows, and training guides, remain the intellectual property of Refill Society LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for internal business use.
